What our clients say

In their words

After months of not being able to find any attorney willing to take on a custody and support case, Mr. Knollmeyer took on my case and gave me the results I was looking for. He held no punches and told me from the beginning what I was in for.
Kenny
Everyone who works at this firm is fantastic. The response time is very quick and they always answer every question. They helped me in 3 very different areas of law, all during a bad time in my life. I highly recommend them.
Donna
The staff is very professional and polite, and the lawyers here work hard for you and on your case. They really take the time to listen to you, answer your questions, and make sure you understand everything that is happening.

Common questions

Questions we hear every day

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. Every practice area we handle starts with a free consultation. We will listen to your situation, answer your questions and explain your options, with no pressure and no obligation to hire us.

How much does a divorce cost in Arkansas?

It depends on whether the divorce is contested. An uncontested divorce, where both people agree on the terms, costs a fraction of a contested one. We go over the likely cost range with you at the free consultation, and we will tell you plainly which category your case falls into.

Will I lose my house or my car if I file bankruptcy?

Usually not. Arkansas exemptions are designed to let people keep a home and a vehicle while clearing unsecured debt, and Chapter 13 exists specifically to protect assets while you catch up. Which chapter fits you depends mostly on your income, your house and your car.

My disability claim was denied. Is that the end of it?

No. Most initial claims are denied, and a denial is a normal first step rather than a verdict. There is an appeal deadline printed on the letter, so the important thing is not to wait. We have handled these appeals for over three decades.

Which office should I call?

Call the main number, (501) 985-1760, wherever you are. We will route you to whichever of our five offices is easiest for you to reach.
